Really wanted to try one of their burgers, but they only cook them medium-well. I like mine medium rare, they refused to even cook at medium. This tells me they have no confidence in the quality of their meat or their cooks. Settled on boneless wings & fries - pretty good but nothing special. I have been to some of their other locations,in Ohio, but this store didn't seem as good. Service was good, beer was over priced. It was extremely loud, but we were there during some major sports event, so that was to be expected. Would not have gone if we had known it was so noisy. Probably will not return since there are several better choices for bar food in the area.

Great place! Friendly atmosphere. I went last night around 12am. Our waiters name was Kerry. Awesome friendly guy! My boyfriend and I had the traditional& boneless wings but replaced all of them for bones less wings . We had honey BBQ & salt and vinegar with something else wings. We also had the sampler appetizer. With teriyaki chicken. Didn't really like it too much. French fries are good as well. But the food took longer than we expected . Most likely an hour to come out. But again service was pretty good. Something to munch on for late nights :-)

Of the many Buffalo Wild Wings place visits, this holds the title of being great location, great in-service, and great food too. Always get friendly service while dining in and are attentive when you need anything extra or replaced. My only downside of the location is the take out service. The past 3 times I've ordered take out, I've experienced non-good service. I've either one had to wait almost an hour for a simple 15 piece and fries to be ready, or I received the incorrect food order. Though I've gotten immediate help from the restaurant manager, an improvement is still needed when handling your take out customers.

First timer and my experience was ok. I know it could been great instead of ok if we haven't had to wait too long for our waiter. The place is nice and clean I just think the waiter's have to move faster and to be more available for the client. Specially on a day you can tell the store is empty. To sit us down they took long when there was so many tables available. The chicken wings where awesome and the beers . I will come again just hoping to have a faster service and not wait 15 - 20 minutes to be served. I will leave a 4 star rating, wish next time they Wil make me do a 5 star.

I stop and go on a frequent basis but my last encounter put me at a complete STOP. I was sitting at the bar and I guess it was during a private Dophins season ticket holder event. Not too concerned I bid my time. I ordered a beer and their queso starter and was just winding down the clock. I finally decided to order 10 wings. Well my wings arrived rather timely and with a bonus. What was that bonus you asked. They were covered in FEATHERS. Yes I said Feathers. 3 out of 10 wings had FEATHERS on them. Seriously are you F****in kidding me one tiny feather on maybe one wing ok that is overlooked. These things looked liked teriyaki feather glazed flaps. I swear if I had wanted to throw one it could have taken flight and boomeranged the entire place and landed back in the kitchen. I am also convinced the half way clowns cooking bird limbs saw this clear as day and just wanted to play the game of lets see if they get eaten. I called the manager over and pointed to the bowl and asked what he saw he said without blinking an eye feathers. He then tried to make excuses that it was a hectic day I told him I think his crew wanted to play a game because they are bored in the kitchen and wanted to see if someone would eat them. My glaze did not make the feathers blend in where I wouldn't notice. He tried to offer me something else which I declined saying I think that ship sailed today. And that I wouldn't want to find anymore surprises in my food since they are failing at quality control. After that the server started avoiding me when all I wanted was my tab so I could leave. If your looking for something extra on your wings for flavor besides sauce give the feathers a try.

Reviews for this restaurant are all over the place. I have been twice with high hopes and have left less than satisfied each time. First the pros, they have about every imaginable sauce for wings, they have more TV's than you can imagine, wide menu selection and a wide range of draft beer. The cons, the wings are small and so what dry, service is slow. I ordered medium garlic wings both visits, they were not bad but nothing I would say I would go seeking when I have a wing craving. We also ordered the vinegar and salt fried, I wasn't impressed. They seemed way to salty and soggy. Onion rings we had were good, I particularly liked the light battered coating. Chips and salsa were horrible, salsa tasted straight out of a rusted can! Cheese curds were awesome, if I were to come back I would order cheese curds and beer! I am pretty sure I can make a meal out of that! Might not be the healthiest but hey it good! It wasn't real busy when I went and the service was slow, so I can't imagine when a big game is on how anyone would served food in a reasonable amount of time.

This location only gets 2 stars because the place is always clean and the servers/managers are nice sometimes. They're either nice or extremely uncaring though so wish for the best. If the place is empty don't expect your food any faster. The people in the back don't work very often. Yesterday the place was empty and it was 10 of us we waited an hour and 15mins to get 100 wings. Your wait time for food is always 30mins+. This is coming from someone who has been there 30 or more times. Yes the food may be good (majority of the time) but sometimes its not worth it especially when you're starving.

I've been dying to try out this place, but the only location I knew was near the Dolphins Mall. So when I found out that there was one just opened in Pembroke Pines, I went "Yeah"! We arrived here during the lunch hour. Most of the tables were full but surprising no one was sitting at the bar. Great, I love sitting at the bar anyway. Our bartender lady took great care of us. Since it was our first visit to this establishment, she clearly explained to us the items on the menu. We decided to order a few different appetizers plus the wings. Most of the appetizer we tried were pretty good. The mini corn dogs were great! Slightly breaded on the outside and a mini-hot dog inside...what a great idea! The Buffalo chips with cheese was great, and of course the bacon that was added makes it even better. The spinach artichoke dips was okay maybe a little bit bland but a little salt solved that problem. And of curse, we had the wings. We usually order the wings plain with sauces on the side. I think there were like 20 different sauces that you can choose from. I went with my favorite ranch and my wife had the hot sauce. And yes, I had a couple of beers. They also have good craft beers selections. Overall, it was a nice visit. Food was pretty good, service was great. The manager came by to say hello and checked if everything was okay with us. I may just found a substitution for my Ale House!

I will be returning here but won't go out of my way to come here. While the service was phenomenal and the atmosphere was upbeat, I felt like they didn't have enough chicken wing options. With the name of Buffalo Wild Wings I thought that their style of chicken wings would be more extensive. No grilled or baked wings. Only traditional or boneless. Meh. I wound up getting the grilled chicken tenders (6 for $9.00+) and yes they were good but I really thought that they would be much larger in size considering the price tag it comes with. They were very small and not filling. I had tried a few of their sauces and they were pretty good. They have a lot of options as far as the sauces go. All in all I would say that they are worth checking out and the prices are pretty steep for what you get. The atmosphere is pretty great as TVs cover all of the walls and the service was on point. But the lack of healthy options was disappointing considering I'm a diabetic.

The food is good and service is great but the establishment is dirty. The greeter took me to two dirty tables before seating me at a clean one while 6 employees stood around talking.

Great place to go on Tuesdays or Thursdays when the wings are $0.60. The service is fast and waiters/waitresses are very attentive (Dominique was very helpful). Has tons of TVs to watch your favorite game. This place doesn't get a 5 star because its a bit overpriced at $1 a wing.

Being a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, I had been wanting to visit this one for months, ever since I saw they were building this BWW by the Pembroke Lakes Mall. Walking in, the atmosphere did not disappoint, and we were greeted almost immediately by the hostess up front, despite all the cheering going on for a soccer game that was playing on a few of their gigantic TV's. Speaking of TV's I counted more than 30 large screens and I probably missed a few. The bar and indoor dining spaces are roughly the same in size and there is additional outdoor seating. I started by ordering their garlic fried mushrooms which were fresh and served with a tangy sauce for dipping. The hubs ordered their boneless wing bites in The Thai curry sauce that he gives a three out of five stars. I sampled their wings in the honey mustard and sweet barbecue sauces. All the chicken was fresh and cooked to perfection. I would rate the Honey Mustard sauce a 3 out of five also, as it was more mustardy then sweet, and I prefer a little more honey in my honey mustard. The Sweet BBQ Sauce however, gets a five out of five stars for it sweet and slightly tangy deliciousness. If you can't handle the heat of their hot sauces, the sweet barbecue is definitely the way to go! Our server Lori, kept our drinks replenished without us asking every time they got around a half a glass and answered every question I had with a smile. Looking forward to a return visit in the near future.

Wings were awesome, service was fast and she was very attentive even though it was very crowded. The only thing we didnt like were the nachos. Dry and with no flavor. Fries with cheese were great very tasty. Also the celery was fresh. Definitively i prefer this place a hundred times that hooters (pembroke pines).

Can't tell you anything about the food cause we're still sitting here waiting. But our waiter seems to be having a good time sitting with his friends. Food came. Should have gone to Jersey's down the street. Oh, and waiters still hanging with his friends. But their employees seem to be working hard.

I've been to this restaurant on several occasions and it's always a pleasant experience. Very sporty but very family friendly. The staff is attentive and loans the kids ipads equipped with games to keep them entertained while the food is cooking or if you're like my husband and I, having a conversation without little voices interrupting. The food is really good. I always get wings, buffalo sauce, not season, and I get a mix of hot and medium. A small fills me up but I like to get a larger size and bring some home. Kids meals have a decent selection with many options for sides and drinks. Today I brought my daughter after we went horseback riding. We ordered lunch: buffalo wings, fries and she got mac&cheese. We shared a fudge cake desert. It was large enough to share and very good. I'm not usually a fan of dessert but this was worth it! The restaurant is very clean, well staffed and a favorite for my family. I have eaten at this location and several others in the USA and have never been disappointed. If you want to catch a game, go out for dinner with the family, or on a date; this is a great choice.

I LOVE Buffalo Wild Wings... but this particular one is simply a bit over the top... The music is incredibly loud and obnoxious... you can barely hear your server... And it's not even like it's during a game or anything... it's in the middle of the day when families are coming by for lunch... They claim that this is how Buffalo Wild Wings works... but I've been to plenty of these restaurants and this is the only one that over does it... If you want a fun experience at buffalo wild wings, go to the one in aventura or at the dolphin mall... this one is just over the top... idk if it's a rookie manager or just an arrogant frat boy who thinks loud mainstream music means cool place.

After reading the previous review titled "ok", I can pretty much say "ditto". Nice place. New, refreshingly light and spacious for a sports bar. The menu had promise, but the food fell short. We started with some "chips". Turns out chips were not crunchy. They were thick cut, round slices. Not what we really wanted, but they tasted fine, and the cheese sauce was really good, so we kept them. We commented to the waiter, Jared, that chips should probably be crunchy. He educated us on what chips were. Ok. Then came the wings. The "extra crispy" request was completely ignored, as the skin was pale as can be. These wings were not crispy, even before the sauce. In addition, they were so drowned in sauce, that they were just a mushy mess. But wait...Jared to the rescue! ...or not. What was Jared's response? "Oh, you should order the sauce on the side next time". Great solution, Jared. Thanks for the advice. If there IS a next time, we will be sure to remember that chips are not crunchy, and sauce should be ordered on the side. You know, sometimes after a hard day, the last thing you want is to argue with a lazy waiter, send your food back, or call a manager. So we just finished our mediocre dinner, left Jared a mediocre tip, and went home to enjoy our dessert and coffee. You have a nice place here, management; hope you get it together and make it work.

I feel like Buffalo Wild Wings locations are popping up EVERYWHERE in south Florida now! However, the Pembroke Pines location is a solid restaurant to eat at. Large, spacious and new building with plenty of televisions to cater to any sports fan. They do not seat your table unless 50% of your party is present. I met with a few friends on a Tuesday night, and there was a good amount of customers inside, but not too busy. BWW has reduced-price wings every Tuesday (I think it was like 60 cent wings, I am not sure) and $3 appetizers after 10 pm. Our waitress was nice and attentive, but very forgetful of our orders and slow to bring our food. She had to come back and ask for our drinks again, or we had to remind her that she completely forgot to bring someone's entree. We were very patient with her, but I imagine it would be annoying if you were in a hurry or leave you wondering how she would be during busy hours. I do enjoy BWW wings, but I wasn't in the mood for them that night, so I ordered the Big Jack Daddy Burger. It is a beef patty topped with pulled pork, jack cheddar cheese and fried onion rings... it was DELICIOUS!!! Modestly priced but incredibly filling. It comes with a side of fries or other things, but I asked for vegetables, which meant the celery and carrot sticks that usually accompany the wings. My friend ordered the Dessert Nachos for the table to share, and I am grateful for that! The portion is HUGE, so don't expect to order it on your own and finish it. The "nachos" are some cinnamon fried flat bread that goes great when you dip it into the vanilla ice cream. It's sweet and crunchy and a creative, tasty dessert. The Pines BWW location is a solid restaurant that upholds the usual BWW standards. A great choice place to watch the games and enjoy bar food. It's kid-friendly, spacious, and also has tables outside when the weather is nice. Located on the outskirts of the Pines mall, there is plenty of parking as well.

Came here on a Tuesday for their $0.65/wing special (all day) but we missed the happy hour (half off appetizers) by 7 minutes. What a bummer! Good solid food whichever location you go and I've been to a few. Service can vary but luckily we got a good one this time around. She came in to check on us frequently and our glasses were never left empty. Love their dry seasoning especially salt and vinegar!

Great Food / Great Wings. The problem: The absolutely slowest service known to man. Absolutely horrible. It took 1 1/2 Hours to get our food. Think about that. This isn't a complex meal, they're friggin wings for the love of god. There is no excuse for this. We will never return.

My first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings. The hostess (michelle) was nice. Our waitress Theresa was amazing. She was very well spoken and attentive. We loved the fact that we could choose 4 different flavors between 20 wings. That was unheard of until now. If the wings didn't take so long to come out it would have been a 5 star review. But other then that.... Awesome food, awesome service, and I recommend Caribbean jerk, Asian zing, and ask for Theresa to be your server.

NPS = 8 Awesome spot to watch sport games in Pembroke Pines. I came here on a Saturday night and was shocked to see how insanely packed it was. It was awesome. Also, the amount of employees they have working at the same time is impressive because it assists with providing an amazing customer experience. They have a ton of sauces! And the best part is they let you pick a lot of sauces (a sauce per every 5 wings). Definitely get the garlic Parmesan sauce and traditional wings are the way to go. The boneless have too much breading on them. They also offer a great selection of beer and have local brews (funky buddha, due south, etc.) They also have these remote control counsels at the bar that let you play games while you drink your beer. Seemed interesting. Really cool spot to check out while in the Pembroke Pines area. I will definitely return.

The food sucks, we ordered a sampler plater and nothing was fresh. The food just sucked and the whole time totally 80's is blasting in the background I was about to eat an onion ring and it looked like a pig ear too much batter I put it down lol I won't go back again.

The wings were great and the service was good. The burgers, salads and onion rings were just average. The burgers were dry. The place plays loud music to the point of being too much. At one point they played a Miley Cyrus song...I almost took a star for that. They do provide you with a tablet that works great if you want your kids to zone out into cyberspace and/or if you dislike interacting with the little punks during meals. Prices were reasonable. If you stick to the wings, it is a reasonable choice.

Nothing out of this world. The atmosphere alone is nice and bright. The best part of our visit was the tablet given to my son which was filled with predownloaded games in order to keep him entertained. The food- MEH.. We ordered the Molten Dip which was highly recommended by our waitress but we hated it. The wings were also nothing out of this world. Probably not returning.

we almost went here for a third time today... and then we remembered how painfully slow the service was the previous times. I have no idea why that was. The food is okay, but I'm not crazy about the uniforms that the female waitstaff wears ):

We came in and sat at the bar for a few drinks. Ended up ordering dessert too. The dessert nachos are AMAZING, best 7 bucks you can spend! Service was amazing. All 3 bartenders on that night were great, they worked together and were very entertaining- Jessie, KiKi, and Christine def on point and you can't beat great service!

Buffalo Wild Wings is great. Love their wings. This particular place has beautiful women and the bartender knows her stuff as well. My only criticism is the Tuesday and Thursday promotion for wings. I believe it's $0.60 or $0.65 per wing I am not sure but they don't tell you that you have to pay for Ranch and Blue cheese which I do not mind at all but just in the future make sure you make that clear so that when a picky customer comes along you'll avoid complaints.. Otherwise Awesome place with a bright sports atmospheric decor...

I've been to several BWW's and was excited when they opened this one next to my house. The place was very clean. The service was excellent and very friendly. The wings were tasty but drowning in sauce. Worse still was the long wait for the food. The place wasn't busy for a Sat afternoon and we only ordered 15 wings but sat around forever waiting. Maybe this place improves as time goes on and they kick off the rust.

I'm happy that they finally opened one close, the service was great the waitress was really friendly and attentive, I love the fact that when we went there they let us try two different new beers for free they were having some promotion the wings were really good I'm definitely coming back.

Unfortunately I have been here twice and haven't liked the wings either times...... Service always great and the setup is spacious with flat screens everywhere. I wish it wasn't sooooooooo lit up almost like a cafeteria instead of a sports spot. I want to like the place but they have to catch up with the one in Brooklyn Ny first....

I came in with a couple buddies to watch the heat game and eat wings, never been before. We were greeted by 3 people then received water with no ice or straws. it took 30 min to get my first beer I ordered...no exaggeration. Couldn't even ask for it because the server was nowhere to be found. Wings were nasty, they tasted old and came out cold. I'd recommend exploring other options if you want wings. -2/10

Amazing wings and fries, would recommend arriving early on weekends especially if you have more than a party of 6 because when there are sport games going on it gets pretty packed.

All I can say is WOW! As in "WOW....what a hot steaming pile of c**p!" Seriously, this applies to the whole experience from beginning to end. First, being greeted by an androgynous life form with a pigtail coming out the top (think Vera from In Living Color). That in itself wasn't bad (amusing actually). We ordered our drinks and food. The waiter decided to go chit chat with his friends for 10 minutes before he put our order in. After awhile the food came out. They brought the salads out with the main course. Never a good sign. Salad was ok (how can one ruin leaves?). Tomatoes a bit too ripe. My wings were with lemon pepper rub. This recipe can be described as follows: take the fried wings, dump a full pound of salt and pepper on them, then take a bottle of lemon juice straight from isle 13 at Publix and squirt it over the wings and ......VOILA! Lemon pepper wings! My 10 yr old son had his with bbq sauce which he loved. Good bless my offspring. Wonderful boy with a less than discerning palette. Wife had jerk wings, daughter had corn dogs, blah blah blah, you get it. Waiter asked us if we wanted dessert. "Um.....no". We paid, gave the waiter a $5 tip, generous in my opinion given the overall experience. Left the parking lot thinking we should stop incoming cars and warn them. Went to chick fil a drive thru for milkshakes (5 stars!). Remarked how we should have gone to Jerseys (grilled wings....real deal!). Seriously one of the worst dining experiences in recent memory. The chain wing stores are consistently bad it seems (I'm talking to you Hurricane Grill & Wings!)

Actually my rating is 4.5 stars LOL!! I have to say that I liked this store location as I have other locations. Just as expected this place was completely pack being it's was Sunday football one of the biggest games of the season. This place was already crowded when we arrived, but it went to overload, but they kept the people flowing in and out. They seem to have this to a sceince, and I have seen the same situation at another location. This was during a Mayweather fight OMG!! But they handled it the best they could with the situation, but they handled. First thing I would like to talk about is the decor. I love the color scheme of this place and the layout. Most of the resturants are laid out the same with few modifications. The place is always clean and customer service is very good. The staff is very interactive with the customers from the time you walk in the door. Management is usally very visible and will come around and check on tables from time to time. The bar section of resturant is unique in it's layout, but simple. They have a very ample number of TV's on every wall and every viewing angle. The food at this place especially the wings and fries are very good. The wings are average in size, no breading and coooked perfectly. I have had a variety of wings, but my favorite is the lemon pepper wings. Nothing worst than a lemon pepper wing that you cannot taste the lemon pepper. They put a liberal amount of lemon pepper seasoning on their wings, but not too much just right. For a slight contrast in flavors I added a little of their signature salt and vinegar seasoning to them which for me took them over the top. I also like the fries with the salt and vinegar sesoning on them. if you are a fan of salt and vinegar chips and love fries like I do you will like these. I personally ask for the salt and vinegar season on the side where I can seaosn them myself, i really want to taste the flavor and sometimes the season may be light, but that's understood to please the masses. I overall like this place, the vibe and atmosphere and consider it one of my favorite sport bar resturants.

OMG! I don't know where to start....ordered the large boneless wings... Chipotle cherry sting and Parmesan garlic were my favorite, we also had Teriyaki and sweet BBQ, the wilder potato wedges were excellent, then had a bite of chicken spinach flatbread pizza, then finally topped it off with the dessert nachos!!! I highly recommend them when you want dessert and you have a large group cause this thing is HUGE and delicious! Gym tomorrow! But soooooooo worth it :D I almost forgot to add that it's an awesome atmosphere ...wild and loud and fun! Our server Isabel was a sweetheart and quick and awesome!

You can't beat Tuesday wing night and happy hour! 66cent wings and during late night happy hour $5 double shots of Absolut , Captain, or Jack. And $3 select appetizers. My favorite: mini corn dogs ;) As far as wing sauce choice, Garlic Parmesan never lets me down. Now on a side note, I've expanded my wing joint horizons and I can say BWW comes in as a disappointment with their wings when it comes to freshness and crispness. They're quiet in the soggy and drenched side. They have pretty good beer selection, however don't order their signature cocktails, they are overloaded with sugar..and I'm a fruity cocktail kinda girl. They're way too sweet and honestly extremely weak considering the price on them Better off sticking to happy hour or beer if you want to drink.

If you have time to waste for bad service and mediocre food this is the place for you. I was so excited when Buffalo Wild Wings opened because I haven't been to a BWW since I lived up north but this one was awful. For a new place you would think service and management would be outstanding. My server was terrible. Had to ask for refills and silverware to eat my food! She didn't come back for 10 mins and had NO silverware while my whole table sat there and watched our food get cold. I finally got up and went and asked the to-go people for some set-ups. Then management came over randomly asking tables how everything was going and I said "it's ok",clearly not happy, and he just walked away! Will not go back. Management really needs to step things up if they want to stay in business.

Great place for some casual dining, specially if you're looking for beer sports and some fucking awesome wings.

Great place with great food, but if theres a game going on and you dont have a small party, expect to wait a very long time! Overall, love it here. The best wings!

Standard Buffalo wild wings. But they had the pushiest waitresses I've ever seen. She kept trying to push us to drink alcohol and then she kept trying to push us to order dessert. I've never had such a pushy waitress.

I love BW3. Im just going to go ahead and put that out there before you get too deep into this review. You know how there are Fandroids, X Box fan boys, and Jennifer Lawrence spanks? Well, that is me with BW3. Fine, it is a national chain. Fine, you may like your local wing joint better than this. Fine, they are not the craft beer mecca of the universe. You know what they are? They are consistently good, they have beer I like, and they are playing the sporting events I want to see. I grew up going here in the Midwest, and am happy that I can find them all around the US. I like the boneless wings. I like the traditional. I like the dry rubs, I like the saucy ones. I don't dig on eating the hottest flavor int he world, so I don't mind that they don't have a 40,000,000 BTU sauce that I can eat in 45 seconds to win a free t shirt. I like to enjoy the flavors, and I can do that here. As far as this location goes, it is new so it is clean, well planned, and efficient. They play out of state football games, so it is a good place to go on NFL Sundays. Enjoy, you know I will!

Was very upset with this place. First time ever to a Buffalo Wild Wings, not a good one. Waitress was a little lost, the food took FOREVER, drinks at least half an hour wait, which by the way tasted horrible. Then to top it off when I choose corn dogs for my son off the kids menu they DIDNT have. Booooo!

I love wings just as much as I love pizza (which is a ridiculous amount). My date and me both agreed that the food was pretty good, but not the best ever. The wings were not plentiful or really crispy which was a totally bummer. I did really like the selection of sauces, if you can't find something you want, you're way to picky. I also want to add that the fries were really good especially with the seasonings they have. Overall, If you like bar food and sports, this place is totally for you.

This is the closest location to where I live now so it's my only choice for bdubs. The place is ok, there's only 4 booths in the whole restaurant so that's very annoying not being able to get one very often. Food is what you'd expect when they get it right. I've had my fair share of issues at this spot but at the end of the day when you get the order right it's nothing less then what you'd expect. I love the mango habanero traditional wings. Make sure to get them well done so there crispy, that's only if your into that sort of amazingness. One thing that really annoyed me recently is that I had a coupon for a free snack size (sent to my email for "being a loyal customer", probaly bc I eat here almost every week) and the manager said for some reason the computer "wouldn't except it". She couldn't just manually enter a coupon or some sort of discount?? They get a four star rating for the food (wings amd mozz sticks) not so much service and location.

Okay, so I like wings, but my boyfriend REALLY likes wings, like, enough to spend the night on the day of their grand opening so he could win "Free Wings for a Year." So, I've been there a couple of times now, and I'm sure I'll be there several more times in my foreseeable future. That being said, this place looks really cool. It's got the typical sports bar look, but it's really bright. Most sports bars are kind of dim, but the minute I walked into this one it was like...LIGHTS. There are TV's everywhere, everything is brightly lit, and it's loud. It's actually pretty difficult to hear anything above the buzz of the noise, but I guess you wouldn't come here for talking about anything important. Oh, yes..someone mentioned the parking. It sucks. But, like they said...it's in the mall plaza, so you can just park a little farther and walk. It's a good way to walk off some of the wings anyway. The service here is mediocre. It seems like some of the servers are okay, but some of them need some serious work. On my first visit, I decided to try out the Blazin' Challenge because...well, I love a good food challenge. The "Captains," which I guess are restaurant cheerleaders (?) were enthusiastic about having a girl compete, so they answered all of my questions and got me pretty hyped up to do the challenge. They even let me try the sauce before I fully decided to do it. They do this whole "show" for anyone attempting the challenge, which involves a red siren light, and your name and intentions announced to the whole restaurant. Anyway, challenge was great - I won (4.40) and they gave me a shirt and crown, plus they took a really fantastic photo of my teary, snot-filled face to post on their video board sometime in the future. Before starting the challenge, I had asked my server if he could hook it up with a shot of milk; not a glass, but a shot. The server didn't know if this was something he could do, so he said he'd find out for me. Instead of telling me that he was told no, he just thought I'd assume it was no. I also was not given any napkins after the challenge, until I requested them. Our server failed to give us utensils or refill glasses unless we asked. I went again yesterday, and the server also did not refill our glasses once. I mean, they're nice...but they're just not server-material. The food is good. I've had a salad, and tried a couple of different wings. The boneless is a better deal if you're looking to get more bang for your buck. I've tried the Lemon Pepper, Salt and Vinegar, Mild Sauce, and Blazin' Sauce, and all have been good. No complaints there. The wings don't come with a side of anything, so if you want French fries or veggie sticks, that's extra. (And pretty overpriced for the amount you're served.) Anyway, this place is good. Once they weed out the less attentive servers, this place will be even better. I personally can't wait to try all of their flavors.

This is my 2nd time at a Buffalo Wild Wings. I really had fun here!! We had a party of 30 and the manager kindly offered us chips and dip. The waitstaff brought out samples of the wing sauces for us to try. Love the bagel pretzels and of course, had to try the cheesecake bites with caramel and chocolate dipping sauces. Yum!!! The best day to go is on Tuesdays. .60 cent wings!!!! I am a huge NTN Buzztime trivia fan. Love the new playmakers!!

Overall great experience. Ambiance is is fun and energetic. You can't help having a fun experience here. The service is definitely what I expect from my previous experiences at other BWW locations. Always with a smile with high level of energy!! The food selection and quality is tops! There is something for everyone here from salads to wings to deserts everyone will find something they like. The beer selection between bottle and draft is good to start but hopefully will improve. Great wing specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays! Check them out TVs cover all walls inside and out with all kinds of sports. Every seat is the best seat in the house. BWW Pines is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The food was very good. I had a strawberry lemonade drink which I enjoyed, a popcorn shrimp appetizer, and the juicy steak burger. Nice atmosphere in here and I got to watch football (soccer) on one of their many TVs. The atmosphere was pretty cozy. Great place for children and adults. It was pretty loud, packed with families, crowded a bit, but all together it was a nice time.

I came here with my wife for the first time to this restaurant since I see the commercials all the time finally opened one here in Pembroke pines. AMBIANCE- Great seating, plenty of Tv's, great bar scene for any sports fan! Waitress- She did a great job, all smiles and very helpful since it was our first time she went over most of the food we were interested in and how the wings were done. Great service! FOOD- We ordered something simple the chips 'n' salsa which it tasted great nice flavor. I then ordered the Asian Zing wings which was had great heat and had amazing flavor. I destroyed all my wings all the way to the bone! My wife enjoyed the Honey BBQ wings not so much heat but had a really nice sweet taste to them. Overall experience I really enjoyed the scenery and the food was enjoyable I definitely will come by again for the wings!

The food took 45 mins to arrive and when it did it was cold and the wrong order. When we got our correct meal soon after it was possibly the most flavorless food I've ever had.

Think to yourself: above average wings with a somewhat decent tv setup and no more than average service. What do you have? The BWW on Pines. The food is exactly what you expect from BWW and is pretty consistent wtih the other locations that I ate at; however, the service was not as good as the other locations. The tv setup is ok, not great and I'm honestly not sure whether I will come here to watch football or not. The way the tv's are situated is kind of odd and from where I was sitting, I had to strain my neck to watch any of them except the one right in front of my table. I ordered wings and a grilled chicken sandwich with fries. To my surprise, they brought out the wings and the sandwich at the same time. I guess I was wrong in thinking that the wings were my appetizer and should have been delivered before the sandwich. The waiter definitely should have asked if I wanted them before or with the sandwich. The food itself isn't bad and the wings are actutally pretty good. The waiter was extremely slow in refilling my soda and I had to wait almost ten minutes with an empty glass before I even saw him. He didn't seem as though he understood the concept of multitasking because he could only accomplish one thing at a time. In addition, I had to wait a very long time for him to return with my credit card and I kept wondering what was taking so long. I probably will stick to carry out from now on. It's nice to have a BWW in this area; however, some new and better staff might be in order.

My wife and I were just looking for a quick bit. Came in at happy hour and found this place buzzing. Lots of energy and friendly faces.

So happy they opened a location here in Pembroke Pines close to home. According to the host, they officially opened this past Monday. Went to check it out with the hubby today and it's awesome. Watch out Pines Ale House, because I see a foreseeable downtrend in your business going forward. Of course being new, the restaurant looks great and everything is extremely clean. There's an indoor area and a small section with outdoor seating. It's a typical sports bar with several large flat screen TVs mounted everywhere with ESPN and games on constant play. We very much enjoyed our dinner here tonight. Even though it was busy, it was only us two and we were seated right away. Service was very quick and every employee we spoke to was excellent and very friendly. Our drinks were constantly topped off and whenever we asked for something it was brought right away. The only downside to this place is that the parking lot is rather small, but since it's in the same area as the mall, it's the same with all the restaurants in this area. You can always park in the mall and walk over. It's a short walk. Besides that, I cannot say anything negative about the place. The food was delicious. I had a Buffalo Ranch Chicken sandwich and my husband had Parmesan Garlic Chicken Wings. For an appetizer we had Fried Pickles and they were perfect! This place is known for their variety of sauces and seasonings so don't miss out and try something new, you won't regret it. One cool thing I saw that I haven't seen before is that we were given a tablet to use at the table for recreational purposes. It had tons of games to play so it's great if you come with kids so you can keep them entertained and help prevent them getting restless. It also had a trivia and Texas hold 'em game that was live so you can play with other people in the restaurant. They have two TVs behind the bar with each game so you can see the games as they're going on live. I thought that was pretty cool. It was also free. I have seen the tablet at other places but there's a charge to play the games, I don't know if it's because they just grand opened or if they will keep it that way but I thought that was an extra little perk. Looks like my husband and I found another place to frequent. Not to mention, they're open pretty late and not many places on Pines Blvd are open too late so it's a good place to get a late night bite instead of going to a fast food place or Denny's. Go check out!

Typical buffalo wings as that's the only wings I like. Great fries and burgers. But the real reason I come here? Cheese cake bites!!!! Yuuuum!!!!! Expect a little wait. Especially during the weekend for dinner and when there's a game on. Parking is scarce too when it's packed.

Just randomly happened to run into this bww and omg it was the best decision ever! Loved the new chicken wings ghost pepper for those who dare! Robert was the bartender and he was amazing let us sample the beers. Also the staff dare me to give the wing challenge! 12 blazin wings in minutes! Finished it in4:41 won a free shirt. Definitely my favorite bar to hit! Will come around some time what out for my video on YouTube

  • Abby T.

I am really disappointed with my first experience at this location. When we got here the place was crowded so we decided to order take out. The young lady advised it would be 20 minutes. We waited at least 40 minutes for our food. We order 15 traditional, 15 boneless, an order of fries and an order of onion rings. Got home with the food (we only live 10 minutes away). The food was cold. The onion rings were not only cold but soggy, same for the fries. The wings were cold. We only received 1 blue cheese sauce for 15 wings. Obviously, the fries and onion rings were cooked and packaged before our wings were done. And our food probably sat in the back for a good while before it was brought out. Very disappointed. The only reason why I didn't pack everything up and return it to the store was because by now we were really hungry.

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I moved to South Florida from Virginia a year ago, I was craving some BDUBS and found this one in Pines. BDUBS is big in Lynchburg, Virginia - as it is the only real 'bar place' in my town. The food was CRAP, my server was CRAP, the host was CRAP. First, they wouldn't give me a wait time, but I wanted to eat there so we waited anyway. We sat and the server was WAY to pushy to sell drinks, I have a 3 year old with me...I understand up-selling, but she took it too far. The drinks took forever to come out, the appetizer took a reasonable amount of time. She never asked how it was, or anything. And THEN, the food wait? Took FOREVER. She finally realized the food was taking so long then told us "it's the next thing out of the kitchen." I saw 7 trays come out of the kitchen between the time she said that and the time we actually got the food and on top of that, we had been there much longer than the guest sitting around us and they got they're food well before we got ours.. We had no napkins, wing bone baskets, no drinks. We never saw here again, so I had to WALK up to another server in a wait station to get the items we needed.. As soon as we got the food, we asked for the bill and left. On top of that, the food is always soooo good. It wasn't anything special and I will NOT be returning to this location...

Employees were friendly but very unorganized. Alcohol came out after food was served. That's a very odd experience.

First time trying BWW, will not be back. The sauce on wings tasted like it came directly out of a bottle, and the presentation was atrocious - no pride at all taken in their craft. Much better choices for wings and beer in the Pembroke Pines area. Felt sick after wing #6, couldn't put anymore of that crap in my body. Ambiance was aweful, barely any room to even walk, tables are packed to capacity, outside seating is the best option if you don't want to be sitting on top of someone else. Food came in a timely manner but no cheese on our cheeseburger, no silverware, no napkins, no condiments, no basket for bones. They couldn't seem to find a bottle of ketchup for us, I ended up borrowing from another table. I've experienced better food and service from food trucks...don't believe the hype people. The largest pet peeve of the visit was the forcing of the tablet on my 4 year old son. Parents should be asked if they would like there children to use the tablet versus just handing it to a child. I allowed my son to use it in the waiting area; however when our table was ready we politely handed it back, the hostess was shocked that we didn't want to keep it. By the time we were seated another employee was handing my son another tablet, then our server offered us one as well. This must be the main attraction for parents who don't interact with their kids. No thanks, I prefer to interact with my son at the table while enjoying good food amd service. We will not be back!

Booooo!

The food was not that good. Went there with a group of 6 before Christmas. I got a burger and fries both came out cold. I never send food back to the kitchen. Service was ok at best. I will try it one more time maybe it was a off day.

2nd visit I came. Horrible service took 45 mins to get my food & 20 mins just to get a drink. I guess it depends when you come in... I felt like they were short on employees...

We came in at 6:25. We sat outside and didnt get food until 7:00. For a new Pembroke Pines establishment, it may be short lived. Yet to try food.

Ashley is awsome. This why I come here and for the Buffalitos. The only bad thing is they game bell peppers instead of jalapenos.
